Barre is a ballet-inspired exercise to music to fitness class with elements of Pilates and yoga to tone and strengthen lean muscle, enhance posture, improving balance and flexibility. With the use of mini weights, Pilates and our own bodyweight, applying the techniques of Ballet to upbeat music every session we work our arms, legs and core, before cooling down and stretching.
